Bylaws of Columbus Citizen’s Foundation Inc.

Article II (Members). Section 2 (Non-Voting Members). (a) Junior Members: A Junior
Member of the Foundation is any individual admitted to the Foundation who is between
Twenty-One (21) and Thirty-Four (34nine (39) years of age who is not admitted as a
General Member. All individuals recognized as Class A Junior Members or Clas B Junior
Members as of the date of adoption of these Bylaws will be considered Junior members.
Upon reaching age Thirty-five (35Forty (40) a junior memberJunior Member of the
foundationFoundation in goodsgood standing willshall become a general
memberGeneral Member.

Article V (Committees). Section 7. Young Adults AuxiliaryCommittee: The Board, by a
resolution adopted by a majority of the entire Board, may constitutewill designate a
Young Adults Auxiliary, to consist of children on current membersCommittee, which will
be a committee of the Foundationcorporation, consisting of (i) General Members and
others as may be permitted by the Board between the agersJunior Members under the
age of twenty-one (21) and thirty–four (34).five (35) and (ii) one (1) Governor, selected
by the President. The Young Adults Auxiliary willCommittee’s purpose shall be to
advance specific educational and charitable programs as the Board may authorize.

Member of the Corporation is any individual admitted to the Corporation who is between
twenty-one (21) and Thirty-four (34thirty-nine (39) years of age who is not admitted as a
General Member. All individuals recognized as Class A junior members of Class B
Junior Members as of the date of adoption of these Bylaws will be considered Junior
Members. Upon reaching age thirty-five (35forty (40) a Junior Member of the
Corporation in good standing will become a General Member. The Annual Foundation
Contribution of Junior Members is set at a percentage of the Annual Foundation
Contribution for General Resident and Non-Resident Members as follows: shall be set
by the Board from time to time.

Ages 21-30: 15%
Age 31: 20%
Age 32: 40%
Age 33: 60%
Age 34: 80%

Article V (Committees). Section 7. Young Adults Committee (“YAC”): The Board, by a
resolution adopted by the Board, will designate a Young Adults Committee, which will be
a committee of the corporation, consisting of (i) General Members and Junior Members
under the age of thirty-five (35) and (ii) one (1) Governor, selected by the President. The
Young Adults Committee’s purpose shall be to advance specific educational and
charitable programs as the Board may authorize.
