Who We Are
Columbus Citizens Foundation (CCF) is a non-profit organization formed in 1929 to celebrate and preserve Italian American heritage and achievement. CCF offers a broad range of in-person and online cultural and educational programs . CCF’s scholarships support deserving and talented Italian American students. The program has raised nearly $40 million since its inception in 1984. We organize the annual Columbus Day Parade in New York City, the largest celebration of Italian American heritage in the US.
The CCF Scholarship Program is celebrating its 40th Anniversary this year. We asked our Scholarship Recipients to participate in a commemorative video campaign and share their stories: Where they went to school, and how their career was impacted as a result of their education. Top doctors, real estate agents and clinical pharmacists are just a few of our 40Stories participants. And, of course, the students who have yet to go on to success. You can view their stories here.
40Stories: Reflections from CCF Scholars
Hear firsthand about the impact a CCF Scholarship can have through our 40Stories: Reflections from CCF Scholars commemorative video campaign. We are proud of each and every scholarship recipient and know them to be ambitious, talented individuals with a passion for their Italian heritage. Here are some of their stories.
